Had an amazing spa birthday… massage and exfoliation treatments by Autumn and facial by Stacey. Left there feeling extremely pampered and rejuvenated. This was my third visit to the spa and we try to go every time we’re in Gatlinburg. Highly recommend!

Stacey is absolutely amazing! This was our second visit for pedicures, and once again, she did a fantastic job. Today, I also enjoyed an express facial with Stacey—so refreshing! Meanwhile, my husband had a head, shoulder, foot, and calf massage with Leah, and he said it was one of the best he’s ever had. The entire team at St. Somewhere Spa at Margaritaville Gatlinburg is warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. As locals, we really appreciate the 30% discount—and it goes up to 40% in the winter, which is such a great perk! We appreciate Stacey and Leah going out of their way to make every visit extra special. Exceptional service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and awesome local discounts make this spa a total win. We can’t wait to come back!

The massage Autumn did was OUTSTANDING! My best friend and I did a couples massage and it was incredibly relaxing. The environment was extremely comfortable. Autumn gets a solid 5! Environment a solid 5! We followed with a facial which was relaxing and very pleasant. That too earned a 5! When we had our pedicures I was great except she abraded the side of my foot with her callous remover. Every other aspect was pleasant. Had we stopped and not done my toenails, filing or painting I would have been ok.but. my big toe was filed with pointed nails left in the sides of my toes and looked a lot like fangs. Good set up for ingrown toenails. The polish job was mediocre at best. Overall she was very kind, but, this isn't an area she excels in.

Wow! What a great hidden salon!! Not just for tourists. Locals get 30% off. I’m not local but my son is and he wanted to treat me to highlights and a cut. He ask for Stacy and she was great. She is a talented hairdresser and skin facial nails specialist. I received a beautiful cut and blonde highlights. I needed badly. Stacy is great. I was in and out in 2 hours flat! All the employees I met with were super kind. No snobs here. It’s high end but with that local discount it’s a great deal!
